Age Verification: pg638 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited in full.
To access the full range of pg638 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. The registration form requires, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, and your preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.
Each individual may hold exactly one registered pg638 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9. pg638 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended, and any balances or winnings across those accounts may be forfeited at pg638's sole discretion.
You are required to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or linked payment account — you must update your pg638 Account information promptly. pg638 is not liable for any loss arising from a failure to maintain accurate account details, including loss of access to funds held in your Account.
All pg638 Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. pg638 may request the following documents at registration, upon first withdrawal, or at any time during your account tenure:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. pg638 is not liable for any losses arising from delayed withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg638 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pg638 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from pg638 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team immediately.
You must notify pg638 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. pg638 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification; however, pg638 accepts no liability for any loss suffered prior to the notification being received and acted upon, where such loss arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
pg638 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a time-sensitive verification code in addition to your password at login. pg638 reserves the right to require 2FA for withdrawals above defined thresholds as a fraud-prevention measure.
pg638 accepts deposits exclusively from verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your name. Accepted methods include transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga bank accounts, and top-ups via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja e-wallets. pg638 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered under a different name than the verified account holder — doing so constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in deposit reversal and account suspension.
The minimum deposit at pg638 is Rp 20.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet top-ups. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pg638, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. pg638 does not apply any processing fee to deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges which are outside pg638's control.
Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your pg638 Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times and are generally credited within 1 to 15 minutes during normal banking hours. pg638 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment infrastructure. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, contact pg638 support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.
Third-Party Deposits: pg638 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from an account not matching the verified name of the pg638 account holder will be refunded to the originating account, less any applicable processing costs incurred by pg638.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified pg638 Account holder. pg638 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit, unless expressly approved by the pg638 compliance team following a verification review.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing; however, pg638 reserves the right to implement staged payment of large withdrawals for security and liquidity management purposes. Players will be notified of any staged payment schedule prior to processing.
For fully KYC-verified accounts, pg638 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for amounts below Rp 50.000.000. Withdrawals above this threshold are subject to an additional compliance review and may take up to 24 hours. Processing times are measured from the point at which pg638 approves the withdrawal request — actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing timelines.
Funds derived from Bonus credits may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds or Bonus-derived winnings before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in the withdrawal request being declined and the relevant Bonus Funds being forfeited. Refer to the individual promotion page and Clause 7 for full Bonus Terms.
pg638 reserves the right to delay or suspend the processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or incomplete KYC documentation. In such cases, pg638 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to provide the requested information before any balance is affected.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pg638 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence solely with respect to the bonus mechanics (e.g., wagering multiplier, eligible games, expiry period). These general Terms & Conditions govern all other matters.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all Bonus Funds awarded by pg638 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period — typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date the Bonus Funds are credited. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of both the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
Promotional offers at pg638 are generally available to one account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. pg638 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or reverse bonus credits where it determines that a Player has circumvented eligibility rules, created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: low-variance betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, hedging between outcomes across accounts, and coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics.
pg638 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect the rights of Players who have already claimed and commenced wagering under the relevant promotion at the time of modification.
Welcome Bonus: New Players are eligible for the pg638 Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player and may not be combined with other first-deposit promotions.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheel) under the supervision of the respective game studio, and are not subject to pg638 software manipulation.
Sportsbook bets placed through pg638 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as published in the pg638 Sportsbook Rules section within the platform. In the event of result disputes, pg638's determination — informed by official match or event result sources — shall be final. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the pg638 in-play and pre-match rules regarding voided markets.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, pg638 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period will be refunded to the Player's Account. pg638 is not liable for any winnings claimed as a result of a software error, and any such winnings may be reversed from a Player's Account without prior notice, with an explanation provided upon request.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pg638 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: pg638 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where Prohibited Conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, pg638 may permanently close the Account, void all pending and historical bets placed in breach of these Terms, and forfeit the entire Account Balance. The Account holder will be notified in writing with the reason for closure.

pg638 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or events beyond pg638's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, and third-party service outages — may result in temporary unavailability. pg638 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability, including loss of an opportunity to place a bet or close a position on a live event.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pg638's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pg638 Account in the 12-calendar-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pg638 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those exclusions, pg638 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if pg638 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pg638 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that substantially affect Player rights with respect to deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, or account closure — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before taking effect. Minor clarifications, formatting corrections, and non-substantive editorial changes may be implemented without advance notice.
Your continued use of the pg638 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance before the amendment takes effect.
The version number and effective date at the top of this document are updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at pg638.app/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law. pg638 operates under international licensing and regulatory frameworks. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pg638's internal complaints process (see Clause 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by pg638 in consultation with the complaining party, taking into account the Player's country of residence.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia that cannot be excluded by contract.
